  On our way back to Manchester from the Robert Jones and Agnes hunt hospital when me and my 2 year old son needed the toilet. They kindly let us use a vacant room to use the toilet. Very happy as toilet training is hard and help like this is refreshing! Lovely staff didn't get the name of the lady on reception as she was on the phone when I left but thank you so much!

  Room was musty and dank. Hotel desperately needs some work doing to it. In the morning I needed to iron my shirt, hotel rooms do not have them. I had to walk down to reception to pick up iron and ironing board only to find the iron didn't even work. I went back down to reception to get yet another iron. Reception didn't have another one and claimed they would search other rooms for one. They didn't. Poor service, poor rooms, expensive. Oh and the broadband was terrible.
